Security: No secrets or API keys in tickets

Do not include sensitive information in support tickets.
Examples: confidential values, access codes, private strings, credentials, signing material.

You can share:

  • request-id

  • timestamp (PT) + timezone

  • endpoint/feature name

  • expected vs actual result

  • sanitized screenshots (no confidential values)

If you accidentally shared sensitive info, rotate/revoke it and confirm in the ticket.
